Appalling service. No customer service at all. Ended up recalling my payment from bank as goods were never delivered

I ordered over a month ago and no sign of my package. I'm going to try to cancel the bank payment if possible.
No-one has answered any of my messages and then I got a email from a company called evril (who installed an app on my phone without permission) saying my package from ritzy has a shipping charge.
I refuse to pay for this as I already paid for shipping in the original purchase.
Is this a scam company from China? Or somewhere else?

They are scammers, i placed an order two weeks ago but they don't respond on any platform.

Took 2 weeks for me to receive an Elux Legend 3500 puff vape which ran out after no more than 100 puffs. Can't seem to get through to anyone to file a complaint

Firstly, I have ordered from this site once before with not too long of a delay. But the second time I made an order without even trying their products in the first place. Having tried their Elux legend vapes, they are certainly different to any others I have bought online. In regards to looks and taste of the vape, they appear to be poor quality. I have tried to ask for a refund, weeks before the second shipment arrived but no one replies to my emails. The second shipment arrived yesterday with only 2 of of my 10 vapes ordered. How can these people run a fair business if they don't reply to people? I definitely won't be using their service again and advise others to avoid it like the plague also. At the moment I am roughly over £80 out of pocket. And that is for items
i told them I wanted to cancel!

Disappointed with my poor service, ordered something a month ago and I have had no tracking updates on this whatsoever and not received my parcel.

I waited nearly a month for my order and as for the customer service it was diabolical they only replied when it suited them. They need to sort them selves out

Very disappointed with the whole thing, took over a month to get my vapes, absolutely no correspondence from them and some of the flavours were wrong, but figured as the customer service is none existing there wasn't any point I'll just shop elsewhere 😕 pity but overall a very bad experience.

Had to wait 4 weeks to finally get them and some of them were 0mg instead of the 20mg i ordered. No communication off them when i contacted them. Would definately never use them again. Poor on all levels. Don't waste your time & money.

After reading reviews I was quick to jump on the thoughts that this company was a scam, I found that the orders section on their dashboard didn’t show my order at all so this added to my suspicion….BUT after speaking to them on Facebook, which they were very quick to respond and very polite they assured me the order was on the way, which true to what they said it has arrived today on time delivered with Evri, items are exactly what I ordered and perfect 👍🏼 I feel this company is a new company just finding their feet and need to be cut a little slack. The cheapest I’ve found online too! Will 100% be ordering from them again! Definitely recommend just give them a chance!

cant track my order and ide like a refund problem is i cant cancle it cause they wont send me an email to reset my password i use the order id to track n it says the order cant be found this semes like a scam and i want my money back

Ordered £50 worth of vapes 20 mg. After a month of nothing I got in contact and was sent one the next day. It came and was 0 mg the wrong order. I have tried getting back in contact numerous times and no one is replying to me from that company. Scam
