My review wasn’t stellar but the response from the team was amazing. Asking questions and offering advice as well as offering the refund if I wasn’t satisfied. Great customer service.

Total scam. I never signed up for a recurring subscription or authorized these repeated orders. I contacted the company three times and asked them to cancel the subscription I never agreed to. Twice, they confirmed it would be canceled, but they continued charging me and sending supplements from China. Avoid this company.

Customer service is very efficient and answered my concerns

I like the product and feel that I have noticed improvements. What I didn’t like was having you continue to automatically supply product and debit my credit card without consent folly initial once off purchase, this damages your credibility.
I will purchase again if you can guarantee that you will respect once off purchases.

My advice - don’t deal with this company! After reading the reviews, I contacted the company to confirm that this was a one-time order. The confirmation came back very promptly. Yet, less than a month later, I was charged again ($20.00 more than the first time). I now have the hassle of trying to get a refund, as well as a cancellation of this unwarranted subscription. If the company uses such underhanded tactics, how good can the product be?!

I had a bad experience in the past ordering online and having it turn into a “subscription”. So before I ordered Happy Liver, I wanted to make sure it was only a “one time order”. I heard back immediately from Sara at Ritusl Labs. She assured me that I would be given the opportunity to click a “one time purchase” button when I ordered. So I hit the “pay” button and there was NO one time only button. So I sent another email to support not expecting a quick response as it was late afternoon on a Friday. But amazingly I heard back almost immediately with good news that it is in fact a one-time only purchase. Bottom line, their customer service response time and solutions were both first rate.

Horrible company...rope you in with free trial and then sign you up fir a subscription you can't get out of. I have emailing almost daily since June 1st and still being charged. They send touchy feels emails back..so sorry, I know you're frustrated, blah blah and nothing gets resolved.

First of all, any company that does not have a customer service number you can call is a red flag. I have lived and learn that this company is a scam and steals your money. I bought Happy Liver one time. I am now receiving another bottle and being charged $49. However, I emailed them after I heard of their scam and told them do not ship another bottle to me. They did just that. I emailed them to refund my money and haven't heard or received any reply. I have contacted the FTC and social media to never purchase any product from this company.

Actually, the customer service was pretty immediate and it was resolved pretty quickly. I did have an unauthorized charge on my credit card so it got cancelled right away now. I have to wait for a new credit card to fix that but when I called in it was handled immediately the refund was handled immediately and it’s restored some hope in the fact that these liver pills are OK

Took awhile but finally got my purchase refunded. Due to hepatitis, my doctor said I could not use Happy Liver.

I received great service from Ritual Labs. As the product was not beneficial to me I requested a refund. Though there was a communication challenge Ritual labs did a great job in facilitating the process. From the ordering, shipping and refund they did a great job.
