The business has closed

I place an order in the website and I received an order confirmation but never got any shipping information or tracking number. I contacted the seller several times via email and phone but never received any response.
Later, I discovered that the business has closed, yet the website is still active and accepting orders that are not being fulfilled.
This is highly misleading and unacceptable. I do not recommend purchasing from this site. Proceed with caution.
