Don't buy anything from this shop! Total scam.

Wish I had read reviews! Ordered twice before and delivery was always long but items eventually arrived and were good. This time it’s been over a month & still not shipped. 6 emails sent- not 1 reply!

Terrible.My order has not been shipped for a month now and they never reply.They just stole my money. Don't buy!Is there a way to get my money back,does anyone know?

My item has been 41 days in transport and I haven't had any response from customer service. Not a single email reply. It's ridiculous. I'm aware there are delays right now however at least reply to your customers . Please don't buy from this shop, you'll be left disappointed.

I ordered with them once; delivery took a while and the earring’s colours were different to the picture, but they were actually ok and I liked them. So not a massive issues.

The second time I ordered with them I spent almost £50 and the delivery never arrived. It’s now been three months, ritop are ignoring my emails and deleting my comments on Instagram.

This is an absolutely garbage company. Judging by the comments below, it’s more than a scam: it’s evil people stealing money with no shame. Do not buy from them.

I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. My delivery never arrived and I spent over 50 € on it. Customer service is ignoring my mails and deleting my comments

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. The company refused my right to withdraw my purchase within 14 days and I had to create a case through paypal to get my money back. Really dodgy, don't buy anything from them!

TERRIBLE quality!! Ordered a pair of earrings that i can not even use because the pin is too thick. Also the worst Customer service ever!! Do not order. Real scam

Horrendous quality!! Requested a couple of hoops that I can not utilize on the grounds that the pin is excessively thick. Likewise the most exceedingly terrible Customer administration ever!! Try not to arrange. Genuine trick

Scam in my opinion. Return post is on customer's pocket. So I had to pay the return. Quality poor. Expensive but is rubbish material. Came from China but deliver and returns are in Spain.... Don't buy.

They sell aliexpress jewellery at ten times the price. It’s a fraud. Have a look on aliexpress and you’ll find the same jewels and the same pictures in some cases.

My order has just arrived. The worst quality ever, doesn’t look even close as at the pictures. Paid 19€ and it turned that the earrings actually come from China (you can see that on the original packaging). So I assume they are from Aliexpress, just 5 times more expensive. I will write those reviews everywhere I can to inform people of not spending their money on such a bad service and shop.

Worst quality ever. Waited more than one month to receive my order, and the quality is far from expected. Some earrings don’t even close. I can throw all my order away. I paid 50€ and the custom paper on the package says it is worth less than 4$... delivery coming from China but it is not mentioned on the website!

I ordered from them and the earrings and earcuff looked nice, but the earrings where broken and the cut was way bigger than pictured so it didn't stay in place and would just fall off.
I contacted customer service, no response. I also commented on Instagram and they deleted my comment and never responded. F*ckin scam stay away
