They did side by side comparison of the Diamond reports if was seeing in store. I found a better quality of the same carat and a setting for less. I am completely satisfied.

Love my diamond stud the only mishaps were the backs weren’t screw backs and I almost lost one of them on Day 2. But they did agree to send another back ASAP. So customer service is great as well as quality of the diamonds.

Website felt a little hard to navigate. I couldn't search for individual diamonds. The link I was given in an email after I purchased a diamond never worked so I couldn't verify which one it was. Besides that, the prices are really good and email correspondence was fast and helpful.

Amrita was very helpful (and patient) with me while trying to decide which anniversary ring to purchase and remained kind when I changed my mind. When we were suddenly called out of town, they diverted the delivery and held it until we returned. The diamonds are even better than the VS2 quality stated, I honestly believe they are flawless. I would recommend Ritani to anyone contemplating a jewelry purchase.

Excellent help from the person I chatted online with. I didn’t have to wait long for a response after I logged on with questions. Also Ritani is the only online jewelry store still having sale prices after Christmas. James Allen and blue Nile do not. Way to go Ritani!!!

I have purchased from Ritani 4 or 5 times before, but they are changing for the worse, lately and drastically...

Especially with their new staff Nicole... It happened twice in the last 3 months where I bought a diamond online and asked her for a customer setting... She would initally communicate with me, but go silent upon my follow-up questions... And just shipped the diamond to me without any further communications... I guess she really does not care.

I really appreciated being able to chat with representatives while my order was being processed - they provided timely updates and were very helpful.
