  1. Mental Health Service

Written by the company

Ritaja Practice is practice management software built for outpatient mental health clinics — solo psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and small-to-mid-sized group practices. It replaces the usual stack of four to six separate tools with a single workspace: scheduling with a multi-clinician calendar, clinical documentation with built-in PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments, billing and insurance claims, clinic financial tracking, staff payroll, a client portal, and secure video telehealth. The platform includes AI-assisted documentation that drafts session notes from dictation or session transcription, always reviewed and approved by the clinician before it's saved. Every plan includes unlimited video visits. Ritaja Plus, an optional add-on, brings client-facing tools like a Wellness Hub, DBT skills library, ADHD focus tools, and trauma regulation modules directly into the patient portal. Ritaja Practice was built by a psychologist who ran into the same problems most therapy practices do — juggling separate apps for scheduling, notes, billing, and telehealth. It is HIPAA-ready with a signed BAA available, and is currently used by solo practitioners and small group practices. New practices get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
