Rise Nutrition is a Canadian ancestral-nutrition company built on a simple idea: the most nourishing foods are the ones our ancestors ate, in the forms our bodies still recognize. We make single-ingredient, whole-food supplements — grass-fed beef organ capsules (liver, heart, kidney, pancreas and spleen), a women's organ formula, bovine colostrum, grass-fed gelatin, and clean egg-white protein. No fillers, no flow agents, no synthetic isolates. Our organ products come from pasture-raised cattle in New Zealand and Australia, gently freeze-dried at -40°C to preserve their nutrients, then made in Canada under an NPN licence. Everything ships from Canada in Canadian dollars — no duties, no border delays — a genuinely Canadian alternative to the US brands most people settle for. We believe nutrition should be honest: real food, clearly labelled, priced fairly, and backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Whether you're adding more iron, B12 and vitamin A to your day, or simply eating closer to the way people did for thousands of years, Rise makes ancestral nutrition simple. The product is fine the customer service sucks.
The product is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I emailed twice to pause my subscription and no one responded. I'll probably cancel my subscription due to this.
EDIT: Changing my review from 1 start to 3. I appreciate that the company has taken ownership and has changed how they handle incoming emails. I hope it improves. I may try again in the future. *Fingers-Crossed*, because I really want to support a Canadian company, especially when it comes to healthy food/supplements.

Reply from Rise Nutrition
Hi Kathleen, you're right and we're sorry. Your two emails should have been answered right away and they weren't, and your renewal should not have gone through while you were waiting on us. We've cancelled your subscription, made it right on the September order, and changed how we handle our inbox so this doesn't happen again.
