On 13 April 2023 I had my Riptide spa repaired by a Riptide Engineer who accidentally blatantly damaged the outside panel. The engineer denies he damaged the entire panel so Hot Tub Barn refuse to replace the damaged panel, even though his accidental damage is covered by their insurance. This is so immoral! Does anyone have similar experiences?
