I WON'T USE THIS GARAGE AGAIN
The Receptionist is rude and incredibly unhelpful. The repair is acceptable but not to Audi dealership standard as advertised. My car wasn't even valeted properly after said repair. Quick external wash with tyre black applied to tyres. The repair took a lot longer than it needed too with absolutely no communication or warning as too when it will be ready.

Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. I wouldn’t trust this lot with a kids paint by numbers.
They had my vehicle near on 11 months, three rejected collections and it still isn’t finished but I have had to give up.
The first collection still had damaged parts ok it! The door handles were upside down, the bonnet wouldn’t open!
The second collection still had a damaged bumper.

Repair work was of excellent quality
Repair work was of excellent quality. Looks great (again) - thank you. 1 star docked for slight delay in return of vehicle. I was told it would be ready for Thursday evening but it was held until Friday morning. I had made plans to use it on Fri a.m. so delay caused me an avoidable problem.
