Payment Taken but No Service Delivered
I made a payment of 70 BDT on riotopup.com for a game top-up service. The payment was successfully deducted, but I did not receive the service. After the payment, their contact number was switched off and there was no response from support.
This experience was very disappointing. Even though the amount is small, taking money without delivering the promised service is unacceptable.
I would advise others to be careful before making any payment on this website.
