Despite several delivery problems caused by DPD, my experience with Rinos was excellent. They responded to my emails incredibly quickly, often within 15 minutes, and handled every issue professionally. After DPD failed for the second time, they arranged a different courier and even upgraded me to a higher-tier bike at no extra cost. The bike itself looks solid, is well built, and comes with high-quality components, giving it a premium feel. The only small improvement I would suggest is including a clearer manual with the recommended torque specifications for the bolts and the correct tire pressure. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the customer service and the bike.

Looks better than expected

I bought a Sandman 4 bike from this company. Delivery from Germany to Bulgaria was prompt. I'm very happy with the bike. It's genuine German build quality. The team responded to questions very quickly. I recommend this company to everyone!

But about DHL I’ve complaints for there was Saturday d that the package needs a signature . So my wife stayed at home . But in the end they’ve thrown in de letterbox and signed it themselves . That’s not right

I bought 2 folding Karbon bikes to use from my yacht. Very happy about the purchase. They are high quality and very low weight, but stiff and has a good geometry. They came in my case with mudrails and rear rack. No instructions were included, but very litle assembling to do and easy to figure out. Rinosbike replies swiftly on both email and phone call. I took delivery on Madeira, so shipping time was 3 weeks. In no time the bikes were in Lisbon, but getting them on a ship and out in the Atlantic was time consuming. Worth the wait - Recommended!

The bike is seriously excellent value. Great specification and r looks amazing. The service is brilliant - friendly and attentive. It also arrived from Germany really quickly - I think it was less than a week. Seriously great people and I love the bike.

i ordered this bike and owned for less than a year. going up a steep hill the handle bars stapped. i sent videos to show no scratches on frame or accident. i also took it to a shop who confirmed. they would only send new handle bar. broke warranty rules, never had this happen to any bike, i didnt fall. stopped repsonding if you are not in germany beware they dont honor law. i paid over 2 thousand. my warranty was with them not whoever they source cheap parts from.

After a week of silence decided to write and ask about the order status. Received apologies and promise to send a pair of boots tomorrow. Tomorrow has come, but still no info or delivery update.

The item was received as described, ir was shipped and received on time. The only field to improve is the communication with the buyer as in our country we receive an email after each step in the delivery process (payment received, order is processing, order was shipped, etc.).

I did buy a foldable Kabon bike this February, and it was a delightfull experience.
The responsivness to my questions via e-mail was exceptionnal, as were the quality of the answers.
Then, the bike was delivered really fast, 3 days before the expected date.
And last but not least, the bike seems great. I have just used it for a few days, but everything is nice and smooth, as it should be. And the price is really competitive. Weight on the balance with fenders and rear rack: 11.3kg. Perfect.
Thanks to Rino team, and keep on just like that. Will see how bike gets old, but I am not too worried...

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and it was shipped right away.
Because the shipment company dhl lost the package or something like this, I contacted Rinosbike to ask where is my order and they have replied to my email very fast, every time, even on a Sunday.
In the end they sent another pair of sunglasses so I can say that Rinosbike is a very trustful marchant and I recommend buying from.

I found a full-face kids bike helmet for my son which I couldn't order from anywhere at an acceptable price or in the correct size. I randomly found this store on the internet in Dtuch. I was a bit reluctant at first but everything went great, shipping was fairly quick and very cheap into Hungary, and my son is really happy with the product.
