The zippers are false
The zippers are false. They do not create a Secure pocket. The coat was presented as a coat with zipper pockets but this is not true. When you open the zip it leads to the same compartment as the open drop in pocket on the reverse side. It is false advertising. Misleading.
Edit: when I reached out to customer service they told me to return the coat if I want a refund. Did not acknowledge that there was a problem with their product. This tells me that this is actually how the coat was designed. I would not trust this clothing brand.

Wonderful coat, good quality and color.
Ordered a smaller size than recommended and it was perfect.
There is only one thing if you don't want to keep it and have to return it. You have to print the return label. I don't have a printer. It is not contemporary. Please generize a QR code like other shipping companies. Thank you very much🙏
