Ordered some replacement dinner plates and although they were well packaged for shipment, one was damaged on arrival. No issues at all and on alerting them to this, they immediately sent a replacement. Good service.

My order was delivered so quickly. Great products. Unfortunately one of the items was missing from my delivery but the customer service were so quick to respond and send out the missing item. Will definitely be buying from them again- their garden raised beds look amazing value for money!

5 stars for 2 things:
1. Order received quickly (day after prder placed)
2. Item was damaged, company replied to my email - on a Sunday - and confirmed a replacement would be sent, without having to return the original (pic was provided as evidence)
First class customer service - I will definitely shop with them again.

The hinge on a toilet seat I bought from Rinkit last year sheared off and rendered the seat unusable. I contacted Rinkit yesterday, sent photos, and explained that my husband has cancer. Despite no longer having an order number or recept, a replacement was sent out immediately and arrived this morning. Outstanding customer service made even more special because of our current situation.

My order was damaged in transit so delayed and the tracking didn't give any details. I contacted Rinkit company late Tuesday and a new order arrived on the Thursday.

I had a great experience with this company. Unfortunately, my glasses arrived broken, but their customer service was excellent. They handled the issue quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle. I really appreciate how professionally they resolved the problem and I’m very happy with my new glasses. Honestly top notch service, I have used the a few times not only is the quality fantastic but it’s a great price and I had a issue with one delivery I contacted them and they resent my items in 24 hours honestly i will use the again and again

I recently bought 2 beautiful large red chopping boards in glass. Unfortunately when i opened them one was shattered.
I emailed rinkit straight away. Couldn’t believe the quickness they replied and re sent me a duplicate. Great service. Exceptionally very quick delivery.

Ordered some frames and they were a great price. One was damaged in transit but a new one sent immediately out with no faffing having to send the broken one back. They were delivered quickly. Great customer service.

I don't write reviews often as I order lots of items online and good service has become an expectation but Rinkit actually stood out and I was impressed by the value, quality of product and speed of service.

I ordered 6 large floating shelves, and found that Rinkit were the cheapest. I placed the order at 10.20 pm on a Sunday using standard delivery and they arrived on Tuesday. The shelves were packaged incredibly well, and arrived in great condition. The quality of the shelves was much better than expected.

They deserve 5 stars for how they handled this order. I am a genuinely happy customer.

Ordered a set of mugs which arrived really quickly. Although very well packed, one was sadly chipped. Contacted Rinkit and they responded immediately and we received a replacement the following day. Very pleasant, friendly communication and we wouldn't hesitate to use this Company again.

Exceptional customer service

On receiving am item that was damaged in transit I emailed them with pictures. I had a response within the hour and they had arranged a replacement without the need to send the faulty item back.

I was happy with this as I still wanted the item and it saves my time having to arrange a return.

Great range of products at very reasonable prices, speedy delivery, and excellent customer service too - I had an issue and it was resolved surprisingly quickly.

I recently bought some wine glasses at a reasonable price from Rinkit but unfortunately although the quality seemed excellent they were slightly too small for our needs. But with no fuss they received my return and promptly credited my account. Because of this experience I had no hesitation in ordering a set of more suitable larger size glasses.
Overall a 5 star credible company to deal with.

Purchased 23 black photo frames one was damaged and within 48 hours I have received a replacement with no hassle.

Items were carefully packaged. A small issue with one of the cups in a set of 6 bug customer services responded speedily and offered a refund or replacement with no issues. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend for lovely good value and good quality items.

I’d never heard of this company before but took a chance and placed an order for a load of plastic containers to try and husband-proof my dry goods (LOTS of broken glass 🙈). I was so impressed with the products that I’ve placed a further 2 orders in quick succession as the containers are so good that I’ve been inspired to reorganise my entire pantry.
