My item was damaged when I received it so I contacted customer service and Sara was the person dealing with my query but without hesitation she has apologised to me for the goods and also shipped me a replacement on the same day at no cost to myself absolutely brilliant service

Appalling customer service and inaccurate product description.

I ordered white marble coasters, as per the product description and image.

The coasters I received were grey and not white by any standards. When I contacted the seller, I was advised that because they are made from natural stone the colour varies and that if they were unsuitable I would have to cover the postage cost to return them.

There was no mention of colour variation in the product description, yet the seller had the nerve to argue that they state that they are made from natural marble which apparently means that that colour can vary!

Fast efficient customer service. Very impressed by how easy it was to make contact with the correct department.

Customer services were very helpful ,part of my order was missing when I contacted them they said they would send the missing item straight away , I have ordered from them before and will again in the future .

I ordered 2 white glass chop boards as I was changing the colour scheme of my kitchen I ordered yesterday and I have received them already from despatch and delivery they are exceptional the quality of my chop boards are excellent I would recommend them for quality and delivery to anyone well done Rinkit limited.

I started with an order of just a few sets of slate coasters last year and was happy, followed by a larger order of 40 sets about 8 weeks ago and was super happy with the quality, price and speed of delivery. Today I finalised an order of 75 sets of 6 slate coasters, plus I have shortlisted another few items I want to try, before buying in bulk.

I highly recommend Rinkit and will definitely be buying a lot more from them in the future.

I placed a large order for glassware and found Rinkit had a fantastic range and extremely competitive prices. All of my glasses arrived quite quickly. I had to contact customer service for one small detail in my order and they amended the issue with lightning speed leaving me one happy customer. I'd never heard of Rinkit, but I was particularly pleased to stumble across a business offering the product I wanted, at a very good price. Before my order was delivered, Rinkit sent an email with helpful tips to manage any questions about, or problems with the order. As it happened, there was a breakage in transit. Using Rinkit's tips in the earlier email, I immediately contacted customer service, and later the same day had a response. I'm being sent out a replacement item, without anything further required on my part. That's rare customer care, and the mark of a company that values its reputation. Congratulations, Rinkit!

Order arrived on time. Such an easy experience with ease of websites layout. Lovely experience with customer support due to missing an item. However was such a big order of plastic containers

My order was received within a couple of days of ordering and the frame I ordered was absolutely perfect! Can't recommend them too highly!!

Commercial grade glassware sold at unbelievable prices! Order on 12/12 and received today 21/12, excellent ordering and shipping process even with AusPost as the courier. Still can't believe I got my order well ahead of the expected delivery date over Christmas here in Perth (other side of country!). This was my second order placed and will be ordering from these guys only (quality is miles ahead than any fast big box store but still very low cost). I'll cheers to that!

I ordered several boxes of glasses from Rinkit & received my order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, a few of the glasses were damaged upon arrival. I emailed Rinkit to advise them of the breakages & within minutes Katie in sales support, had emailed me to express their apologies & advise they would send out replacement glasses, which they did the same day. The glasses are excellent value for money & their service is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company.
