I am very disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by the Lacoste employees, particularly a young lady who made our experience unnecessarily personal.
We have visited the store twice in the past four weeks and both times were treated poorly by her.
On our most recent visit, I asked for clarification regarding a pricing discrepancy, as the listed price seemed unusually low. Instead of acknowledging a possible mistake, the employee responded in an unprofessional and condescending tone, stating that I should "understand" that it couldn't be the real price for the item. She then turned away and asked me to leave the store.
I have never encountered such rude behavior in Denmark before. To add to the confusion, she incorrectly explained that a price of 105.0 DKK mean is "one thousand and fifty Danish kroner." This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management will address this issue to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
