I have no been contacted and await a resolution.

31.03 FINAL OUTCOME I RECEIVED A CALL. DAMAGE TO THREE ITEMS OUT OF 4 ON A 300kg CRATE DELIVERY. ONE BATH TUB CHIPPED COST OVER £2000. Expensive BASIN and VANITY SHELF DAMAGED. THE DELIVERY DRIVER DUMPED A 300KG CRATE WITH THESE GOODS ONTO OUR DRIVEWAY ON A DAY WE WERE NOT EXPECTING. WE REQUIRED MACHINERY TO LIFT 300KG INTO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THE DELIVERY DRIVER WOULD NOT. I HAD 24 HOURS TO REPORT DAMAGE WHICH I MISSED AS WE COULD NOT UNPACK IT ALL UNTIL THE 300KG WAS LIFTED INTO THE HOUSE. DUE TO THE PACKAGING BEING REMOVED RILUXA HAVE MADE A FUSS. I HAD TO REMOVE THE PACKAGING AND CRATE TO INSPECT ITEMS. ANYWAY THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO COVER THE DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE ITEMS. IT IS OBVIOUS I HAVE NOT CAUSED THIS DAMAGE. I JUST WON'T BE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IT IS WORTH NOTING THE PHONES ARE NOT ALWAYS ANSWERED AND THAT THESE ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED IN THE UK FOR SIMILAR PRICES WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED FOR ME.

I ordered a Toulouse bath with two matching basins and a vanity unit. All have arrived with damage on them. No one from Riluxa is answering the phones. No one is responding to emails and no Robot response on website. Be very wary of this company do not order as they do not respond. We're very sorry to read that you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Unfortunately, as we've been notified more than 14 days after you received the products and after some of them had been installed, we are unable to have the insurance company, as we can't prove that the damage have been caused during the delivery, and not after, by moving the products or installing them in your home. That's why it's essential to report any defects at the time of reception.

However, the damage seems to be quite slight. As advised by our colleague, you should be able to repair the small impacts quite easily. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need advice on how to do this.

Our Customer Service Department does its best to help our customers as much as possible and to always try to find a solution to satisfy them, but in some instances we cannot go against our general conditions, especially as the instructions on the procedure for receiving goods is well communicated on several occasions to avoid this kind of inconvenience. We apologise once again for the inconvenience caused and remain available if needed.

Excellent company! High quality products and service

I can’t give this company more praise and credit. The products are exactly as advertised and very high quality. Not only that but their customer service is impeccable. I made a very large order with them and Ann my representative was always quick to reply and very helpful. Once the items arrive there had been damaged to two items in the shipment. Even though it was the delivery company’s fault Riluxa took full responsibility and remade the items and shipped them quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them again.

I just placed my order and the communication with the representative Ann was so pleasant. I took my time with placing the order because I planed way ahead and every time I made contact it was such a pleasant experience. So far we’ll done. I am now eagerly availing my bespoke colour bathtub.

Totally satisfied!

Absolutely thrilled with the look and quality of the Kante vanity unity. The walnut is beautiful and the thin Corian top is very elegant. Great service on the customisation and delivery. Downstairs loo is now really special.

Great Customer service

I had a couple of issues namely that the bath arrived damaged and then a 2-3 month wait for the replacement. The second bath arrived fine although it also still shipped with the thinnest polystyrene protection I have ever seen for such a large and heavy product. The customer service however was excellent hence why the 4 stars as opposed to 1 star.

Brilliant quality

Brilliant quality, excellent service! I bought a marble basin and a bathtub from this shop and, I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. My adviser was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice in terms of product and bathroom design. The sink was made to measure so the lead time was 5 weeks, which all things considered is a pretty good! The quality of both the sink and the bathtub is impeccable. I am thrilled with the result! I would definitely recommend.

Courteous staff issue resolved

Slight issue with delivery caused by third party, but the issue is resolved immediately by very helpful and courteous member of staff.

I haven't received the product yet but thanks a lot for your reactivity, great job.

Note: got an issue with broken product but riluxa is sending another one. It hasn’t been straight forward but they are opened to discussion, which is quite important nowadays. Waiting for the new product.
