Honestly, it’s the best thing I have bought for my 7-year-old son. I was worried he wasn’t going outside enough and was always on the PlayStation. I tried everything — clubs, football, Scouts, etc. — but nothing really worked.
Ever since the go-kart was delivered, he’s like a different boy. He’s always outside now, and the confidence he’s gained just from riding around has been amazing to see. He’s making friends because other kids come up and talk to him, which has been brilliant for his social skills.
I’ve been so impressed that I’m even buying the adult version for myself so I can ride with him and spend more time together outdoors. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
And for the quality its such good value dads/mum's you won't reget buying one

I’ve been to RiiRoo a few times and honestly every visit has been spot on. It’s not just a one off good experience, they’re always brilliant every time we go there with my son we love it!
The team are always really friendly and easy to talk to, and you never feel like you’re being rushed or pushed. That kind of service is quite rare these days. Ashley especially deserves a mention. Every time I’ve been in, Ashley has been amazing and really helpful, patient, and just genuinely great at what they do. You can tell they actually care about the customer.
Overall, just a genuinely good company with great people. I’ll definitely keep coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

So the first bike we ordered broke after riding it the second time, the company picked it back up and sent us out a brand new model, super speedy and my sons now happy again, Kayleigh & Honey was very helpful.

I have had the best experience with Riiroo. I ordered a toy car for my niece but long story short due to family drama – I had to return it UNOPENED. Sad because I really wanted to see my niece enjoy it. Anyway, going about the refund process I reached out to customer service on their live chat and was connected easily to a human, not much back and forth with AI bots at all. The first time I explained the situation to first advisor whose name started with S (I am so sad I cant remember, I am sorry) but he guided me through the refund process and helped me out and was super sweet and made me laugh too! He also advised which comparison website to use for returning parcels and get the best quote possible for a 15kg electric car toy. Thank you! 😊 Today I spoke to Ronnie confirming that the electric car toy has been returned, he took the tracking number etc and confirmed it has been received and confirmed the refund will be processed. Not only was he the customer support but also ended up becoming my part-time therapist ahahah. He even gave me a genius idea to do with the refund. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service skills, you made me feel much better about the situation and made me laugh. I really appreciate it and wish every single customer service staff were like you and your colleague. Amazing company – sadly I didn’t get to test out the product but I’m sure its great too and can’t wait to purchase another one in a year’s time when my other niece is of age to use it! 😊 Riiroo has definitely hired the right people for this job. The wheels have definitely fallen off with this company! Like all other recent reviews, I have been given the run-around with a faulty car. I purchased 3 cars at Christmas for my grandchildren and one has stopped working. I have been waiting for a replacement switch(as they tell me that is the issue) for weeks! Keep being told it was sent, depending who answers the chat, you get told a different answer. I finally thought I was getting somewhere when I received a DPD alert this week, saying the sender had generated a shipment but DPD have confirmed, the goods were never handed over! If anyone from Riiroo would like to respond to my many emails, you have turned your chat and contact form off on your website, which isn't a good sign, I would be grateful. Based on my consumer rights and your lack off support to resolve, please provide a full refund and come and collect the Lambourghini.
Absolutely atrocious. Sent me a broken go kart. Refused to listen when I told them it was broken and provided pictures showing it was broken. Took 3 days of constantly having to deal with live chat and email, getting passed round a variety of agents, Until eventually they agreed to collect it for repair (which is not what I wanted, I wanted a refund for them sending an obviously broken product, but they refused because i ordered in advance of my sons birthday so was outside of 30 day window before I assembled it). Treated me like i was dumb, condescending and unpleasant.
No wonder they dont actually have a phone line (call the number on the website - its a fake).
Its just a repackaged HomCom go kart anyway or certainly from the same factory but riiroo charge twice the price.
Total scam. In the process of reporting to trading standards. Would advise others (of which there seem to be lots judging by the 1* reviews) who are having similar issues to do the same.
Only competent person there is Sam, who is actually helpful. The others are a joke.
**UPDATE** They collected my broken go kart 11 days ago, but have not bothered looking at it yet because "their technicians have had to help out with unloading deliveries" for nearly 2 weeks apparently. Was promised an update within 24 hours yesterday (after i emailed them to chase it, having heard nothing from them at all), we're now at 30 hours and theres been no update. Im not even remotely surprised. Ignore their ridiculous response below, nothing is solved, nothing has been moved forward and theyre not even remotely sorry about it. Total scammers.
**Update 2** - Took nearly 3 weeks and a lot of hassle, but have eventually been refunded for the broken piece of junk they sent me. Have ordered a new kart from somewhere else.

Absolutely shocking purchase a electric motorbike for my sons birthday fully charged it to go out on it next day to find out battery only lasted 10 minutes so I emailed and live chat phoned but get no reply when they do reply they expect me to find a pallet or a box to return the bike to them for them to say I had a faulty charger so we have it back charge it again with the new charger to find the problem is still there but now I can’t get a reply I can’t get a refund they are absolutely disgusting do not purchase from this place !!

For Christmas 2024 I purchased in good faith a 24V Digger for my grandson. By January 2025 it was proving to be faulty. Since that time, with last email just sent today, I have pleaded with two staff members for the replacement part. Initially we asked a full replacement of the 24V but told the warranty had already expired with 3 months. Endless emails have been sent to a Leah and Kayleigh, when finally in October they agreed to send the correct part, telling me it would be with me within 8-10weeks. Despite more emails and false promises we are still awaiting the part. This item was purchased in good faith and so disappointing to have to deal with a totally disingenuous company that is primarily selling to children.
I went on Trust pilot before purchasing and I can only assume it family and friends leaving positive reviews as my experience has been nothing short of shocking
Quick delivery, and great customer service. The motorbike is easy to put together and you get plenty of running time. A good size and will last years, my little one plays on it daily

I am so glad I purchased my grandson's vehicle from Riiroo. I have had a little communication with them since my purchase, and they could not have been more helpful. It's often a worry when you buy online, that as soon as the product is delivered, that the supplier will be impossible to communicate with, and will have lost all interest in you. Not so with Riiroo, they quickly answer my emails with good advice and lots of help. I would thoroughly recommend Riiroo for their product quality and also their after-sales service.

This company has got to be to best customer service I have ever received, not only is the quality of the product 5* but the customer service was incredible. I had a small issue with the battery and when I reached out to Rii Roo they gave there full apologies and sent us another battery FREE of charge. We have now had the product (Quad) 3 years and it is still working well. While my little girl rode the quad to the park the handle snapped off completely when turning it. I reached out to the company as she was devasted that she wouldnt be able to ride it again, and I asked if it is availible to purchase the handle bar part or would it be under warrenty?. Always such a quick response you shared with me you was so sorry it had broken and my girl was upset, while it is not covered under warrenty , under the circumstances you are ordering this part in and will have it delivered FREE OF CHARGE. I am a single mum and the cost of living even though I work full time would not have been able to but a new quad, I letterally cried when I received the emailing stating the kind gesture from yourselves, my little girl was sooo made up I cannot thank you enough, as well as promote your company to friends that have children because the outstanding customer service I have ever come accross. We are forever thankful
