We waited for over an hour in line at…
We waited for over an hour in line at the parking lot for the shuttle to arrive. Once the shuttle got there waiting another 20 to load bags and an additional 30 to unload bags. The over an hour wait on the shuttle is insane you can do better run another shuttle don't make everyone wait outside because you don't want to run another shuttle. On the way back the shuttle stated that they would not leave the terminal until the shuttle was full and could take over an hour wait. We took an Uber back. Next time will pay the extra $60 to park at the terminal since we paid that in Uber costs anyway.

The rate advertised was not the rate charged. When calling to ask about it, the excuse was holiday parking. the Memorial Day weekend starts on May 29, 2026. Not May 22, 2026. So that excuse does not work. We will be sure to tell everyone we know how you screw people.

User friendly website
Very easy to use and the price was really good. We have used this lot before and it is perfect and saving us money. The location is only 8 miles and they have a shuttle and it works perfectly.
