No response on cancelations

I have reached out to this company a week ago to try to cancel my reservation in Tampa. The booking said to cancel it in the portal, the portal said to call customer service, and customer service said to email. I emailed repeatedly and I have yet to get a response. (Yes I checked spam). This company seems like a sketchy scam and will not give you your money back. I was willing to eat the fees that were apart of my agreement but they are blatantly ignoring me because they do not want to cancel my order. Highly disappointed and BUYER BEWARE.

We process refunds daily and have assisted customers for many years. As a third-party booking agency handling cancellations across the U.S. and Canada, we manage a high volume of requests. Please also note that our office was closed for the Memorial Day holiday and we do not operate on weekends, meaning your request had been in queue for 4 business days.

We have now reviewed your inquiry regarding your reservation and successfully processed your refund, including the cancellation fee. Please allow 2–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Ease of website

Ease of website, and I have already made 1 completed reservation at the Double Tree which worked out great. I do wish, it was easier to get a bit more of a discount.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

This review is due to Rightway Parking still booking Best Rate Parking in Orlando even though they have a 1.7 rating

I strongly advise against using Bwdt Rate parking service. I reserved parking for 7 days through Rightway, from 4:00 AM to Tuesday at 12:30 AM. I arrived at 3:55 AM, but no employee was there until 4:15 AM. After checking in me and another customer, it was already 4:30 AM, and my flight was at 6:00 AM.

I had arranged for my son to pick up my car since I was flying into Tampa. The employee approved this and even wrote my son’s name on the ticket. However, when my son arrived Tuesday at 12:30 AM, the office was closed, and no one could be reached.

The next afternoon, I called and spoke with a very rude employee who blamed me for booking through a third party, saying they should never have allowed a 12:30 AM pickup when they close at 10:30pm. Even though my confirmation email clearly showed that time, she said it “wasn’t their problem.” After arguing for 15 minutes, she agreed not to charge me extra.

Two days later, when I went to retrieve my car, the office was again closed with a “We Will Be Back Soon” sign posted. About 10 minutes later, the same employee arrived driving the shuttle and tried charging me for the extra two days despite our previous conversation.

When I refused, she took my keys, locked them away, and said I would not get them back unless I paid. I had to call the police. While waiting for them to arrive, my wife convinced the employee to finally return my keys.
