Was my first time in a guitar store, they made me feel very comfortable, as well as giving me a very wide range of knowledge to choose a guitar with. Very kind and the guitars are very affordable and also very high quality. Highly recommend will be returning :)

Was notified immediately that the item was out of stock and was offered alternatives or a refund.
Decided on a refund which was processed so quickly.
Great communication and an amazing service especially considering I didn’t end up purchasing anything.

Excellent service
Excellent service, really good price and delivered speedily. I rang up before I ordered on line and they were really friendly. They even threw a free t shirt in with the guitar when it arrived which was a really nice gesture. I have never used the shop before but I would definitely recommend them.
