Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a bed and mattress earlier this year and spent some time discussing my mattress needs as it was for a teenager so I needed a medium firmness. It arrived and I was delighted with both bed and mattress. So in the last few weeks I ordered the same bed again and mattress. I was told they no longer had the mattress but could recommend a similar one but slightly higher quality but a little more expensive. I agreed to that . Bear in mind I was dealing with the exact same person for both purchases so we had a trust and understanding of my needs , or so I thought! I have received the mattress and it is nothing like the previous one I bought. It’s extremely firm and hard. No way would I or anyone I know have a comfortable night sleep on it! As it came rolled I had to remove the plastic ( we had agreed it would be delivered flat but that did not happen) They have refused to exchange or refund and deny the mattress has a different spec to the first one I bought. This is an Irish based company in Limerick. I could have bought a similar bed from DFI in Northern Ireland for €200 less but choose to repeat the business and buy Irish! All well and good until there is a problem and then they don’t take responsibility!! I am so tired of the consumer carrying the can for businesses in this country who take advantage that I plan on investigating my rights on this one!
