Ordered and received it next day great service 10/10

The practitioner who gave myself and my husband our flu vaccinations was absolutely terrific. He went out of his way to make sure we got our vaccination as he only had a few left. I would certainly recommend this pharmacy, and will use them again.

Paid for next day delivery didn't receive it. Tried 52 times to get through in phone and couldn't. E-mailed 6 times with no reply apart from automated message. Have used before and been ok but this was awful had to go to my bank for refund as paid by card.

Not very happy. I received a request to phone this company after I ordered. I did so within the hours they stated and no one answered. I tried twice and then rang the landline, thinking that if I didn’t comply, they may cancel my order. No one answered the landline either. A message says no available agents are there and then the line goes dead. Not very professional in my view.

i don’t like leaving bad reviews but i’m so disappointed and it’s been over week since any response from their customer service so i’m going to say to steer clear of Right Dose’s online store. i paid the extortionate express delivery fee of £7 for an order of 2 items, one of which i needed asap (hence me spending the extra for delivery). however, not long after ordering, i was informed by them that the item i very much needed wasn’t actually in stock so they’d have to give me a partial refund. no offer of waiving or reducing the ridiculous £7 delivery fee for the inconvenience and a week later, i’ve had zero response from their customer service and am still waiting on the refund for the missing item.
i’ve ordered from them a few times in the past and been happy with the service but this has majorly put me off and i won’t be using them again. there are cheaper pharmacies online with far better service.

Ordered an item which wa acknowledged then nothing, no reply to emails or their phone number says no one is about and cuts off.
Update: Once i had finally managed to get a reply and the order processed it arrived very quickly.
