Terrible!! No delivery, no response, no explanations
I ordered a board more than 2 weeks ago. Although their website gives delivery information that my packages shouldn't be delivered within 2 days and the delivery fee to my location would be of less than €5, upon placing my order I was charged €11 for delivery fee and the estimated time raised to 11 days.
Which was ok, I wasn't on a hurry.
However, after those 11 days I didn't receive my order, and the worst part: for the past 13 days I also haven't had any updates on the whereabouts of my package.
I already emailed both emails from all available contact information from Ridge. While one doesn't even receive emails since seems to be inexistent, the other never responded to my emails.
This is unreal!!
Never had such a bad experience with online shopping.
What's the point of making a(n allegedly) nice product if you are a shity company?!
