Thank you

My experience with this firm has been stellar. They were easy quick and accommodating, allowing me access to fund my expansion nearly instantly. I would definitely use them again if needed. I’m glad to have found RFG, and they will certainly be getting a referral to all other small business owners in my area.

Unethical Engagement Experience

I’m writing this review on behalf of a merchant our firm represents, following an extremely negative experience with Sal Russo. Throughout our engagement, Sal displayed a level of unprofessionalism and questionable sales behavior that fell far below the standards expected in this industry.

According to the merchant’s account and our direct observation, Sal’s communication style was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive, creating confusion rather than clarity.

What’s particularly concerning is that Sal attempted to circumvent existing lender relationships, trying to insert himself into deals already in progress with other reputable funding partners. These backdoor attempts are unacceptable and create unnecessary risk for merchants who rely on transparency and trust when evaluating financial options.

In our professional opinion, Sal’s approach reflects a lack of skill, integrity, and regard for proper process, and his behavior should be held accountable to prevent other merchants from experiencing the same issues.

We strongly advise any business approached by him to proceed with caution.

Ridge Crest did more than just process…

Ridge Crest did more than just process our application!!! Their advisor suggested some changes to our business plan that honestly made a big difference in how we allocate resources... That kind of insight was unexpected but extremely valuable. Thank you!
