Insist on charging me for an entire week when I could not “book” a return date before my subscription ended. Dropped off bike morning of the next day. Now I get letters demanding I return a bike I’ve already returned… demanding I pay a subscription fee. Bike was not as described, parts fell off after one day… luckily I found them on the ground and returned them with the bike. The letters insinuate that I must pay the full week subscription fee or be accused of stealing their bike. Extortion is illegal and I don’t care how gangster these thugs think they are, I’ll have their asses handed to them legally before they ever touch me.
Avoid at all costs
Basically a scam. Seat that hurts you in 20 minutes, “assistance” weak, and non existent at the hint of the first inclination of the road. Customer service non existent, fake, and doesn’t want real solutions other than answering you with chat gpt. This is not suitable for delivery, is slow; hurting, weak and malfunctioning.

It has now been over 12 months since I purchased my 2021 Zoomo Sport from the Brisbane office. Since day 1 the Zoomo customer support has always been of such extremely high quality that it has been one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a wide range of industries. They truly have gone above and beyond in this centre/office and their efforts are noticeable - In this time for example, they launched their smartphone apps that work with the bike I already have, and stock a wider range of stock now but mainly they are consistent in their operations. Ultimately this is a shoutout to the servicing team and everyone at Zoomo Brisbane, with a special thanks to Ferl for making every interaction personalised. This is the place, if you are thinking of renting or purchasing a safe and reliable e bike with unbeatable after sales support which is extremely important. I waited the 12 months for my honest review and I’m glad I did, these legend are fantastic.
