I’ve had the L1 for 4 weeks now. I get asked on a daily basis where I got the e-bike from because it’s just so elegant and different. So far so good! Thanks

I’m really amazed at the service and a big thanks to Matt who helped me with choosing my ebike. I did research on DYU and their reputation is A1. I went for the V1. I was a bit skeptical because the size, but I don’t regret it. I ride it pretty much everywhere. 5 star!

I received my electric scooter within 2 days. Great product, service and fast delivery. Can’t complain!

I like the design and smoothness of the scooter as you ride it, it also does go to speeds they say. However , only thing that concerned me is that the battery doesn’t last very long and distances of 20km+ are hard to reach, it definitely does not reach up to 45km. I got the escape pro 2 . Don’t ride too much but should improve battery life .

I normally don't leave feedback. But I'm well chuffed with my bike. My commute into work is a breeze, especially on those colder days.

I’m really elated with the L1! I was quite surprised to find that it was actually road legal in the UK because I was skeptical. It’s elegant, has a great LED display and I love the fact that I can remove the battery. Very well designed. My partner also enjoys it, so I guess we’ll be sharing from here on out.

I must note that if you want to use the pedal assist to take off, be very careful about peddling way too fast, as the sensor is A class and will kick in! But I can’t complain about that because who doesn’t want an electric bike that’s got a bit of a kick. In my opinion, it’s worth every penny. Well done!

Very helpful when I had questions about delivery.
I suddenly had my work hours cut to 3 days a week so I returned my scooter for a refund and there was no issue.
