Return/refund cost scam
Average quality of clothing. However the sizes are weird. All sizes have a leg length of 32" so too short for tall people in any size. Returning or refunding the items is a pain. They overcharge return shipping cost pretending there is tax etc. Result in a refund of only 50 pounds for a returned 167 pounds order. Customer service was friendly until this was disputed. Can't recommend and never again.

Bait and switch
Ordered from them in the past and I’ve loved my items purchased. The last one really pissed me off as I ordered on 8/5 and should have been shipped to my home within a week. I ordered a full outfit for just short of $600 and when the package shows up they’re asking for a tariff fee for $215 😳 none of which was advertised at the time of purchase through the shop app. Sand bagged my purchase to come through customs past the 29th which is when the new tariff fees kick in. I cannot believe they are passing on this fee to the consumer who’s spent good money and if you don’t pay the fee they hold your money hostage until you pay it. Never buying another product from Riderich again.

These tariff charges were applied directly by U.S. Customs as part of new government regulations that went into effect at the end of August 2025. While these fees were outside of our control and collected by customs — not us — we know how inconvenient this was for our customers.
The good news is that as of October 20, 2025, we’ve implemented a new system with our carriers and partners ensuring that once payment is completed at checkout, there are no additional charges during transit or upon delivery.
Although we’re unable to reimburse past government-applied fees, we’ve sent a special offer by email to all customers affected prior to this update as a gesture of appreciation.
We remain committed to transparency and continually improving the experience for our community.

advertised waterproof, definitely not
advertised waterproof on certain v2 items, not even waterproof with light rain, instantly went through. will not return my emails when i emailed them not even a few days after purchase. still have not emailed back week later. website says after worn one time they won’t accept returns.
Update:
They reached out 9 days later and stated that it was a summer jacket and not waterproof and the correct one was labeled as the same thing but without the v2. Only reason I bought full suit for around 500 was for the waterproof. they did not offer a solution but they did reach back out. Stuck with a jacket and pants that sit in my closet and i have no use for as I already had summer gear.

To clarify, our Armoured V2.Flow™ products are built with mesh ventilation panels to provide maximum airflow and comfort during warm-weather rides. Because of these mesh sections, they are not waterproof, unlike our all-softshell counterparts, which offer light rain protection.
Regarding our exchange and return policy, we’re always happy to accommodate exchanges or returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.
It’s unfortunate there was a mix-up, but the V2.Flow™ line is excellent for summer riding, we're sure you’ll put the gear to good use.

Since there aren't a ton of updated reviews on RideRich or their gear. . .
Bought the "Unit 16™ V2.Flow™ Mesh Armoured Cargo Joggers {Black Camo}."
Service/Purchase: Purchase was super easy, got a decent discount, and the order shipped and was delivered within 2 weeks (if not less). Most reviews I'd seen before purchasing claimed wait times of 4+ months, but that was not my experience.
Presentation: Package came in a good box, nicely wrapped up in a quality cloth bag. They included a VERY nice neck gator (seriously, I've used it every ride since) and some cool stickers for free in my package.
Quality: The armor inserts have a VERY cool velcro'd increment system inside the pants, so you can position them exactly how you like while being secure. (btw, it's easier to turn the pants inside out to position them in.) The inside mesh of the pants is high quality and tough. Kevlar lining is legit too. From the outside, the pants look amazing. The camo is perfect, and the quality on the outside uses surprisingly durable material. I live in TX and *any* gear feels hot during the summer. . . BUT, these pants have enough ventilation that'll help make you forget about it altogether when you're riding. Some nice-to-haves is that the knees feel cushioned, so they'll be very comfy against the tank of your bike. The zippers along the thigh open up to give you more ventilation, which is appreciated too. The reinforced belt loops are a godsend, because IMO the drawstring isn't enough to keep these from riding down your hips.
My one & only gripe would be to make longer inseams or increase the length of the rise so that they don't ride down as much when sitting. However, a belt does mostly help this issue.
Overall, giving these a 50/10. Great experience and great product from their armored protection lineup.

Ordered a tee shirt and wrap, once again was easy to order and I received it in the UK much sooner than expected. Really happy with both have received compliments from my last ride out in the Cotswolds from other bikers. V.satisfied again. Will probably order something else V.soon.

Great company
I ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt during the Black Friday weekend! I was notified the delivery could take up to 8 weeks. I was a little concerned due to negative reviews I’d seen that my order would not be fulfilled. However I received a prompt reply from the company whenever I emailed them informing me my order was in hand. True to their word, my order was received within the timeframe given. My SIL was very pleased with his items.

don't bother buying anything from ride rich, they mess up the price so when you go to pay import and taxes it changes. they use DHL to deliver your parcel which is a very well know company that has a high rate of complaints and issues! will never order anything from ride rich again you've just lost a customer and ill be telling everyone I know not to bother with ride rich. as it states in the name they ride rich cuz they rip off all their customers. thanks for ruining my birthday
