Brilliant experience
Brilliant! Andres sent message with photos and clear instructions and directions to the meeting point on arrival.
He is a very professional , punctual, pleasant, friendly, informative, interesting and very safe driver. Comfortable trip both ways at the beginning and end of our holidays. Will recommend him any day to visitors and friends.

Good service!
Good service to receive information on forehand about who your driver is and information about his location when he's on his way to pick you up. Our driver was friendly and early. The car was very comfortable with charging possibilities and complimentary bottles of water.

Need to improve communication
I requested a car. They charged my card and said I would receive confirmation in an hour. I sent 2 emails and one contact through the app with no response. They finally reached out and confirmed booking (about 24 hours later). Communication needs to be better.

Overall had a good experience. The driver was early, the price was competitive, our ride was uneventful, and our driver was friendly. The Andy site could be better (Transfeero has a much better app and website experience), but overall, I'm rating the ride.
