Do not buy from Riddermark
I bought a car from Ryddermarkt for 180 000kr, and after only about one month the motor lamp turned on. I am very disappointed with this purchase. When I bought the car, I was told it was in good condition and had been properly checked, but clearly that was not the case.
I expected much better quality and reliability, especially for the price I paid. I contacted them after the problem appeared, but I did not feel that they took my situation seriously or offered any real help. A car for this amount should not start having issues so soon after purchase.
Overall, I feel very let down by the experience and I would not recommend Riddermarkt based on how this has been handled.

WARNING for everyone
Just to warn you people to not buy cars from Riddermark because they selling cars with wrong service intervals and someone just reset service light on the cars. Then they tell you that you lost warranty because YOU didn't do service on time. As they told me right now:"You cannot trust light on the car. YOU have to check service history and do service on time.".
I was warned that they tricking people with services but I was an idiot and bought 2 cars from them.
On one car gearbox needs to be changed and they don't accept it because I didn't do engine oil change on time. But I did it when the car warned me.
Other car, VW Tiguan, I bought with 62.000 km and INSPECTION light turned on on 73.500 km but when I checked it was 17.500 km more to oil change in cars memory (regular oil change is every 15.000 km) and last time someone changed the engine oil on 42.000 km. How is that possible? According the cars memory and last oil change that is almost 50.000 km. And of course they didn't change the gearbox oil which should be done on every 60.000 km on DSG gearbox.
No more service books just that they can trick people.
So, one big warning for people which wants to buy used car from Riddermark bil. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I really didn't expect such attitude, fast response and solution that meets all my highest requirements. It was really a Great Customer Experience.

When I went to pick up the car I called her she said there is nothing I can do
After a week the car start having some problems engine problem it cost me about 1850€ to fixed it
And the best part is the front bumper was painted and car is advertised as accident free
My advice avoid them they are not honest.

I purchased a 2020 Volvo XC40 plug-in hybrid from them at a very high price, but my entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
1. The car was delivered with a loud, disturbing pedal noise that makes it difficult to drive even 1 km. They initially promised to fix the issue at a garage they chose, but later they insisted I cover the repair costs myself.
2. No charging cable was included with the car, and I was told to purchase one separately.
3. The annual service had not been done, leaving me responsible for all the work that should have been completed prior to delivery.
Before the sale, they acted polite and accommodating, but the moment I signed the contract and received the keys, their attitude completely changed. I felt deceived and treated unfairly throughout the process.
I strongly recommend to avoid doing any purchase from this dealership.
