It was very straight forward to book an appointment with the dealership. I filled out an online form, someone from Richmond Motor Group rang me to make the appointment with Ben. I hadn’t met Ben before so when he greeted me as I pulled up to the showroom I did think this was a nice touch. I explained why I was looking for a new car and what my requirements were : petrol, family of 4, price range, likes/dislikes. From there, we walked around the showroom and the forecourt to look at the different models, boot space, additional features on the cars etc. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.
