I returned to Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth with some questions about my Inster 2 which I have had for 10 days - they were brilliant answered all my queries and didn't treat me like an idiot for clarifying little points and could not be more happy. well done O.P. full marks for customer service.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Harry Khan. We first met Harry about a month ago when we visited the dealership to look at the vehicle. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and informative, but what really stood out was that he never pressured us into making a decision. He gave us all the information and advice we needed and allowed us the time to decide what was right for us.

Once we decided that this was definitely the vehicle we wanted, we returned to the dealership on Saturday and Harry was just as helpful, kind and patient as he had been the first time. He went through all the options with us, answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything before moving forward.

We had our 2-year-old with us, which definitely made the process a little more chaotic 😂, but Harry was so patient and understanding throughout it all. Despite the craziness, we got there in the end!

We are extremely happy with our vehicle and, just as importantly, with the service we received. Harry genuinely made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. He is a credit to the dealership, and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Having bought 2 new cars every 4 to 8 years (and latterly a longer period over the past 40 years) I have again bought a new car for me and decided to try a Hyundai Hybrid Tucson. On visiting Richmond Portsmouth my salesperson turned out to be a lady called Ms Nicola Pert. Throughout the sale - I am now in possession of the car - she was superb in her front of house skills and at all times provided the greatest amount of help and was ready at all hours to answer my queries. From my extensive experience of interviewing personnel for highly competitive employment over half a century she absolutely shone and stood out as someone - in a previous life - I would have had no hesitation in employing. My tip to Richmond is to put a ball and chain round her ankle so that she can not go somewhere else!
