Still waiting on payout months later.

As per my last conversation with Richie games, I can honestly say there's been no conversation because they do not get back to you even after three messages and two weeks of being late on pay their payments. My first trust pilot message was a rating of four stars for them and I hope that things will be tidied up within the weekend, between me and them. So far, two days short of 2 weeks, nothing has been handled professionally by them nor has it been taking care of by them yet I'm still waiting for my first payment. And to top it off to make people feel really good about Richie games, is that I purchased the $19.99 Richie Plus, so that I may get my payment faster immediately, was totally taken by them and yet no payments was received and that was a week ago big mistake I made getting burnt for another $19.99 ,as well as waiting for my $50 payment.

I live the games and the free Google Play cards, but i cashed out for $50 and it has been over a week. I have spent A LOT of time on this app and these games, I really want to see my $50 gift card on my emails immediately. I can't waste time on games that don't actually payout, so even though it's fun, I will leave the platform altogether. So the most can give right now is 2 1/2 stars, and the stars are for the free Google Play cards. But i am still waiting for my money.

The platform and the games are great. I am really enjoying it. However it is taking forever to recieve my payout.

I have more then enough coins to purchase a $50 PayPal card and I have made 7 purchases in block jam 3d, and it will still not let me make the purchase. It just keeps saying that I need to make 5 purchases in any game. my username is dsoty.

I have been playing for many months. I reached $50 cash out and claimed it. Received an email saying congratulations on your $50 PayPal cash out, we will reach out in 5 business days. 1 month later, no emails, and no payout to PayPal. Contacted support and got no reply.

This app is poor at payout of gift cards earned, terrible at response to emails, does work semi well at tracking points earned only had issue with one game not keeping up which of course when I did hear from the help desk it was the game manufacturer error

My username is: @dEqN6TtGMx Now Ricie games isn't even paying out the $10.00 google play gift card, before at least they are doing that. Not anymore, they owe me 2, and $650.00 in paypal rewards. This app is trash. Don't waste your time. I have emailed yall countess times, and you never fix anything! You still owe me coins from two games, and i have sent so many screen shots! Please fix things!

Easy fun games and you actually get paid.

2nd update april 29th. . I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Still no response and the gift card is still under review. No number to call. Ill be calling the bbb and ftc on them next. Im done waiting i want my visa gift card. Update. I sent my user name the same day via email after their request and have had no reply yet and my 50 visa is still showing in review. Not a good sign. I am submitting this review to express my dissatisfaction with Richie Games due to their lack of communication and failure to fulfill a promised reward.
I have not received any response to my email inquiries, and my $50 Visa gift card—despite being delayed—has still not been delivered. This lack of follow-up and transparency is concerning.
Additionally, I find the delay difficult to understand, as smaller rewards, such as the $9.99 PlayCard, are issued almost instantly on a daily basis. Given that capability, it raises questions as to why a $50 Visa gift card cannot be processed within a similar timeframe or, at the very least, why there is no clear communication regarding the delay.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and unresolved reward delivery has led to a disappointing experience. Followed up with my username in an email per your request

By playing games and getting more coins

.I have tried and tried to receive my gift of $100 to PayPal for a playing the games on Richie games and still have not received anything This was back in February This is ridiculous and totally uncalled for

Just started playing Richie games yesterday giving it a four stars for now it's been great we'll see how it works out.
