I have been trying for over 3 months now to get my $100 payout to PayPal for redeeming coins..emails ignored..changed my review and mega reached out need my player info @Xhpre5iZqR and I still haven't been paid..its simple I redeemed coins i spent months to get so I earned it

Never received my rewards after several days and attempts to reach the help desk. NO Answers either.

Total scam! Been over two weeks and twenty emails and they have not paid me my $50 redemption! They have customer support email address but don’t bother messaging because you WILL NEVER get a response!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I wish the PayPal transaction came sooner

I love playing the games but I'm having a problem with getting my 50 dollars reward I cashed out on the 16th of April and I haven't received it yet they said within 5 business days and it's the 27th and I still haven't received it to my PayPal account yet it's still saying it's under review so could you please tell me why I haven't received my reward yet and too the 10 dollars i just got can I add this to my PayPal account. Also I sent pictures of the situation that I'm having received yet. Ok I guess the 50 dollars reward I won't receive it this is what I want to know why is everything that is in green but when I cashed out the 50 it's in red

I have yet to receive my payment on PayPal it has been over a week

And then was told I had to make 5 purchases....what the heck? Got a gift card and don't know how to use.. I am old and this is no fun at all!!!!!

This site is real. Not one of those fake sites. You really win on this site. I just won a free gift card moments ago. It was awesome! I definitely recommend this site to anyone! I absolutely love this site!!

Request reward April the 3th but never received their help emails are fake their phone number is non working they have scammed me out of my reward I worked hard for find another game app that is honest

I did not know how to reply to your response on my other review however if things do proceed where I received the $50 reward I will take this review down and I will change the other one to five stars maybe four stars because it shouldn't be taking this long to receive a reward.

I think the advertising is misleading. I only have received a gift card for play store and cash out is not quick like it says in the ads

Up till now I've hadn't had any problems. Now I have a $100.00 payment not being released. They tell me it was locked because of some problems with my account. This after I sent 10 emails to you.

Not only did they take $100 from me June the 2025 saying I play the game too fast and spent my own money somehow it got downloaded again I'm a new phone I put in and I did everything accordingly it took a while to get the amount needed to receive 100 request for PayPal I did that April 2nd I am still saying that I am in review after I paid $20 extra to get the Richie plus subscription that says that I would have no wait for my PayPal This was April 2nd I am still clicking on Richie and it's still saying in review they are not answering any of my emails but the game started he wants to load on his own after every game you play and wants you to keep adding coins and play games this is this I'm not going to engage with that site until I get my deposit or I need a refund on the Richie's subscription and all because y'all didn't even give me what the promises was what stated and there's no reason for them to cancel this $100 like they did months ago stating I play the game too fast and pay my own money and it was I don't know some type of abuse like you know what I'm saying cuz I was on board nothing to do and I was like s*** I'm just going to be no place and gone right through this and since I did and I did well and I spent over $200 that's what like $200 I got 200 back post have been 300 the last hundred they decide they want to keep it They don't want to pay me because of I paid too fast and I use my own money but at least I did get like most of all my money back or all my money back I didn't get no extras here I am still sitting to see about this time see if I'll get this hundred Will let you know later

Withdrawal has been pending for weeks with no proper response from support – only generic replies.

Very disappointing experience. Be careful before spending money.

I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.
