***STOLE TENANCY DEPOSIT MONEY***
Emmie Richardson is completely unprofessional and more importantly a thief
• Allowed Rent Guarantee Insurance to lapse during an active Section 21 notice
• Allowed section 21 to fail by not double checking incorrect documentation
• On pushing her to get the insurance reinstated she didn’t seem to realise, or care about the importance of it and became totally unresponsive.
• Finally advised not to bother renewing rent guarantee (as tenant has paid on time, most of the time) outrageous advice from an agent to a landlord
• Constantly chasing for payment of rent
• Changing payment dates
• Constantly chasing for monthly statements

But more than anything, she actually stole the deposit money and has now gone AWOL – Hopefully Emmie Richardson will now stop impersonating an Estate Agent and nobody else will have the misfortune of dealing with her - BE WARNED!!

Emmie is absolutely brilliant. She has been the most helpful, friendly person to deal with in what could have been a long process. 100% recommend using Riches estates for any of your property needs.
