I’ve just bought a beautiful platinum bangle from Rich Diamonds . I’ve never bought before from them but after searching for 12 months I saw on their website exactly what I was looking for . With their return policy I had the confidence to order .It arrived today and it’s perfect and in as new condition . The bangle arrived in beautiful packaging with a certificate of authenticity stating exactly what I had bought . So pleased as I was just about to give up !!

I was searching for a genuine pre-loved pink gold Cartier Rainbow Love Bracelet, a rare and highly sought-after piece for Valentines/ upcoming anniversary. Mr. Ronnie’s kindness and Roy’s efficiency made the entire process seamless. The team went above and beyond to reserve the exact bracelet (circa Sept 2019 that I chose) for me, ensuring authenticity and providing complete transparency throughout. They take great pains to verify ownership and authenticity, offering complete peace of mind. In fact, I later took my piece to Cartier as I received some advice to upgrade the locking mechanism (as locking mechanisms on older clasps can be upgraded from circa 2020 onwards, these have become more secure) and during this process Cartier confirmed that all the paperwork and ownership history had, in fact been thoroughly checked and were entirely genuine, confirming the model serial number of the piece on their system. PS: Please note that it is not Cartier's policy to EVER authenticate preloved pieces but if there is anything that you need repair wise, most Cartier pieces do come with a warranty of care, which is helpful should anything malfunction with a second hand or pre-loved piece.

Their valuation was transparent, and the selling process was efficient, with clear communication at every stage. They verified and authenticated my pieces as well and carefully traced its purchase to ensure genuine ownership. Their markups to buy and to sell are probably higher than other places, or selling directly but worth the peace of mind. The pieces come polished, in Cartier boxes with authenticity cards, receipts and paperwork intact. Rich Diamonds publish literature on how to look for an original Cartier pieces, advise on how to tell a fake from a real piece, and take pride in discreetly selling beautiful pre-owned and original jewelry.

Purchased a beautiful Cartier rainbow love bracelet from this establishment. I’ve never purchased pre-loved Cartier before but this piece is a discontinued item so I had no choice. As a result I did a lot of research before deciding where I felt comfortable purchasing. I dealt with Eisha who was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
