Very poor level of customer service and extremely poor knowledge around processes regarding secure deposits. No understanding of new legislation which protects tenants. They weren't helpful at all when I was renting the property so I moved out, now they are not responding to my emails, when I ask about my deposit.

Natalie was one of the best agents we worked with throughout our one-year house search. She was very communicative and professional, keeping us up to date with the latest progress throughout the chain. Natalie was the agent for the seller of our house and so was not working for us directly. However, from the moment we enquired about the property she was conscious of our needs and kept us informed whenever the situation of the various sellers in the chain changed. Her helpful updates ultimately allowed us to buy a lovely property we otherwise would have dismissed. We highly recommend Natalie as an agent and will be requesting her services one day if we decide to sell our new house.

Natalie Leon at Richard James was the agent for the house we just purchased. Throughout the process she has been professional, approachable and always available for any queries we have had. She has also been the driving force in pushing the sale forward so that we could exchange in the time slot that was required for both us and the sellers. Natalie was the estate agent for the seller in our chain and was so proactive and attentive in our chainthat I asked where I could post a review for them. The chain we were a part of all fell through but as a result of Natalie's attentiveness, we ended up recommending Richard James to the developers doing part ex on our home as our estate agents had been hopeless and I would recommend anyone selling to use Natalie going forward. I've moved 4 times in the last 10 years and have never recommended an estate agent/actually liked one before now! Highly recommend (and don't use anyone else!!)

Richard James have provided extraordinary customer service, end to end. Moving house can be stressful, having an agent that takes personal pride in the outcome is essential. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure we sold our house and bought something we loved. She was always available, professional and genuinely we could not have done it without her. Richard James are a very expensive dishonest estate agent. We used them because they were local but it was a big mistake they turned out to be very dishonest and time wasting. They send people to view your home that are not only not in a position to buy but not even on the market! This gains them a new customer! They don,t tell you this until after they offer they advise you to accept the offer as the buyers house is so saleable when it is not! Then the buyers finally sell at a reduced price and they expect you to offset their reduction!
Advised all the way how genuine the buyers were and stick with them then they pull out after 7 months of waiting!

Richard James were absolutely outstanding! They were our first choice agents based on other reviews and first-hand experience of our friends. And they didn't disappoint! Despite the tough market conditions, they had a stream of viewings for our property within 24 hours of it going live. They were proactive throughout and always made themselves available whenever we had (silly) questions. Above all, we really appreciated their personal touch, especially from Natalie.
