Had a problem with a Varta battery bought thru ebay, they never even replied.

The battery after only 16 months started having issue... the car is well mantained and has no power drain from anything, no mods and if I don't use it for more than 10 days I usually put it on the battery trickle charger.
So now after exactly 24 months I have to replace it, never had a battery last less than 4 years before. Anyway, tried to get in touch thru ebay and they never replied.
