I bought a sand tray and I am very happy witht. The quality is good. Item as described.

Unfortunately I didn't know the super sale was restricted to UK residents only. I had purchased previously before, so was disappointed not to be able to get my hands on their wonderful toys. Having said that though, I was contacted two days later to arrange a refund. This was processed immediately, but may take 10 days to fully come through. A bit inconvenient, but it's not the company's fault. I highly rate their toys, and like to shop small, unfortunately they're just not local enough this time!

I purchased the wooden farm on sale and was extremely happy with the quality of this piece. The fact that it was stunning to look at was a bonus. I know I'll have it for years to come. I have purchased a few of the educational toys before and was happy with my experience so when the farm went on sale I bought it straight away. I was very happy with the professional service I received and will continue to support rianandco products. Excited to follow for future purchases

Ordered a few products including a playmat. The photos showed a pattern on both sides. When it arrived there was no pattern on the reverse/ lining. The mat had string around it to pull into a bag so when in a bag would show the lack of lining/pattern.

I emailed to query and was signposted to the returns policy, which stated as it was on sale, no return possible. I was given an ‘in this instance’ response that they would allow a return. Was told “ images shown on our site are from the manufacturer. We will look into these.”

Despite image not being as described, shipping and return was to be at my cost. Repeatedly directed me to their returns web page.

It’s a real shame as I am keen to support small business, but difficult to do so, and buy items on line if they’re not as pictured.

The items I ordered are beautiful and thankfully arrived undamaged but the outer box and covering bag were badly damaged when they arrived. I also didn't have an update on tracking info, so I wonder if Rianandco needs to change their delivery supplier? The item was left by my back door.
I have photos of how the item arrived if anyone cares to see those. Other than that, very happy with my purchase!
