Great site ive never lost and withdraws are fast and always giving me free spins and deposit bonuses

If I could give a minus score then I would, wanted to get the bonus so I completed all steps. Didn't receive them so naturally chased it up then was told the bonuses didn't "trigger" but they would give them anyway, obviously ran by scumbags. Months of trying to get through using a deaf app because I'm deaf! Once got through refused to deal with me and discriminated against me. Then sent me emails telling me to go live chat with a special reference number and that they would sort it there...so I did go live chat and they kept telling me to call again this went round in circles for weeks on end and now I've complained. Loyal customer for years, even before named Rialto. Offered a promotion, code didn’t work, contacted customer service who advised I was a VIP player but can’t get the offer because they can’t see it at their end?! Baffling! Now closed my account, never get support when needed, rarely contact them but when I have I get fob off answers saying why I can’t have offer instead of help and assistance. I really want to give 5*. The site is great, great selection of games, deposit limit set easily. Won small amounts withdrew no issue. On 3rd withdrawal i was asked to provide documents which is fine and understandable. Sent them and was told 72 hours. Its not the 5th day and still no sign if documents being verified.

I have £585 sitting in my account balance and £150 pending withdrawl.

I dont understand why its taking so long. I hope they can sort this ASAP so i can change this review. Also i was not sent an email to ask for documents I had to call to find out after account was blocked.
