Fraud
Rhode lost my £346 return on the 15th of August and has avoided my emails ever since. This is fraud!
I have emailed them over 10 times. On the odd chances they responded to me, it was very clear they hadn't read my actual problem and fobbed me off quickly, and then they would avoid my emails all together. I am now going through my bank to ensure i am refunded fully. This is ridiculous and I will never order from that vile woman again!

NO REFUNDS
I returned my order within the deadline and even provided Rhode with the official DHL proof of delivery after a paid investigation. DHL confirmed in writing that the package was delivered to Rhode’s warehouse. Despite this legally binding proof, Rhode continues to refuse my refund, arguing that they only accept a standard tracking number.
I paid €30 for the return shipment and an additional €45 for the DHL investigation just to obtain this confirmation. Still, Rhode denies responsibility and ignores EU consumer protection rights.
This is unacceptable business practice and feels like fraud. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Rhode, especially from Europe. If anything goes wrong, customer support does not take responsibility.

Wonderful experience
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Rhode! Everything went smoothly and without any issues at all. I placed my first order on August 21st, and it already arrived today, really fast delivery, especially considering I ordered from Denmark! I even had a question about my first order, and customer service replied incredibly quickly and kindly. I was so impressed that I placed my second order on August 27th, because I’ve already fallen in love with the brand and their products. Highly recommend!
The Barrier Restore Cream is mid
The Barrier Restore Cream is mid, relying on shea butter. It's meh for dry skin (although I think they know that ) and it's a standard formulation for any skin type. We're also paying $32 for a trial size. It's 1.7 ounces (or so). So, it's ok and expensive. Other products are good, though.

I ordered from Rhode and never received my package. The delivery was marked as “delivered to the hotel,” but no one at the hotel received or signed for it. Rhode refused to provide proof of delivery (name, signature, or photo) and denied any refund or replacement.
This is unacceptable customer service and shows a lack of accountability. Definitely my first and last time ordering from Rhode.

My country in August goes dead . No businesses work. So when my Rhode order reached my country the tracking link stopped updating. After a week I messaged Rhode to ask if they can see any updates from their end. The emailed back the same day granting me a full refund (that I hadn't asked for) for waiting so long. After few days the products also reached me. Amazing service.
old to Throw Away Unsafe Product, Then Ignored
I’m really disappointed in my experience with Rhode. I ordered the limited edition Cinnamon Roll PLT gloss, but a few months later it developed a strong chemical smell. When I reported this, customer service told me to throw the product away due to a chemical issue.
I made it clear I wanted a replacement, they even asked me to choose between a refund or a replacement, but instead, they processed a refund without my consent and refused to send another gloss or let me pick a different one. I specifically chose the replacement because I had to throw mine away and needed a new one. I’m not asking for anything free, just the replacement I originally chose when Rhode gave me the option. Now, if I want another gloss, I’m expected to pay shipping again, even though the original issue wasn’t my fault.
I reached out multiple times via email and Instagram, but each time I only received the same copy and paste reply, with no real acknowledgment of my concerns. Even worse, I purchased the same gloss for my little sister, who is a kid, and I asked multiple times if hers was safe to use. Customer service completely ignored that question, which is unacceptable when it comes to product safety.
I’ve supported this brand because of its message of care and quality, but this experience left me feeling dismissed and ignored. I hope Rhode takes accountability and improves its customer support, because right now, it doesn’t reflect the values they promote.

After writing my review of Rhodeskin, I need to update it. They resent me the order after evri confirmed it had been damaged beyond repair and on the 30/7 I was told that Evri had my parcel at the collection depot. The next day I was told they couldn’t deliver it and the same farce started again saying eventually that they’d lost it again! I contacted Rhodeskin and they suggested sending it to another address so I agreed to try for the third time and gave them my daughter’s name and address but a couple of days later I heard from them asking me to wait a few more days. Then I heard from Evri saying it was lost so I sent that to them but they again asked me to wait a few more days. I had had enough by then so I asked for my money back and after more emails going backwards and forwards eventually on 9/8 I had an email confirming they would refund my £104. I ordered the goods originally on the 12/7,for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday as the items were what she desperately wanted. It missed her birthday and she had to wait until 6 days after her birthday to be told she could have the money to spend on something else. We were both very disappointed and she has bought something completely different as she is afraid to order from them. Totally unsatisfactory, it took too long and for the first few days I felt the replies came from a bot and not a human as they didn’t seem to really take on board what I was saying.

I received a defective product and…
I received a defective product and contacted customer service. Not only are they refusing an exchange where I send back the defective product for a new one they are also demanding that I pay additional costs to send the product back and then more costs to receive a new one.
They want me to do a refund where I have to pay for tracked shipping and then they want me to place a new order where I’ll have to pay tolls and shipping again, just because they could not send a product that is in line with what they advertised.
All of these costs amounts to the price of the product.
None of their actions are in accordance to consumer rights.

Extremely poor service – missing delivery and no help
I placed an order with Rhode 17 days ago, and their website states that delivery takes 5–11 days. It is now well past the promised timeframe, and I still have not received my package.
The last update on its whereabouts was on July 24th, and there has been no new information since.
I have contacted them twice and have only received the same automatic, robotic reply each time – with no real help or solution.
Very disappointing service and a complete lack of communication. I would not recommend shopping here under any circumstances.
