Paid 1200 RON – no product, no refund after 4 months
I placed an order at the beginning of January with Rhizome (Illumia Design SRL) for two products - one of them (worth approximately 1200 RON, was never delivered. After weeks of delays and repeated follow-ups from my side, I was eventually informed that they could no longer deliver it at all.
I requested a refund for the undelivered item. It has now been over 4 months and I still haven't received my money back. Communication has been extremely poor (replies are rare, vague/inconsistent).
This experience has been very frustrating and concerning. I expected a professional business, but instead encountered delays, lack of transparency, failure to resolve the issue.
I am not the only one reporting this type of experience, which raises serious concerns about how this business handles orders and refunds.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious before placing an order.
