Warped and did not last much over a year
I bought the solid suit for the Asus zenphone 10. Just over a year year the case is practically warping of the side of the device. My bottom right corner is basically exposed rendering this case useless.
Shame because I quite like it and not many companies make premium cases for the zenphones. I paid for a premium case with the expectation that it will last my device life span and it does not
Now will need to probably overpay for a devil case and have it shipped from the us because theirs hardly any cases available for my device of quality anyway.

Case is Warping
I bought a magsafe case for iPhone 13 pro which came to over 50 euro. I’ve owned it for just over a year and the case is warping, no longer covering the edges of the phone, and falling off when I’m using it. Would not recommend buying!

Standard shipping at 4-10 days? After 6 days is didn't even have any sort of shipping information. It's phone cases not a piano. They seem quite incompetent which is surprising as thecases are good.

Fundamental product failure
Terrible. Bought a SolidSuit Google Pixel 8 Pro Case in 2024...so just 1 year and it is completely distorted with my phone protruding at the corners. Soon be falling out!!!
How this can be? That is a basic complete product failure to do what it is supposed to do. This is about as unsustainable as it gets Rhino shield. Shame on you.
Thank you Rhinoshield. Having worked my way through that "ticket" being raised, please reconsider the excessive form required and the Spanish Inquisition...this just adds to the frustration and really is unnecessary.

Original review as follows : Wish I’d read the reviews first —-I haven’t received the case yet so can update yet but am writing to express frustration that it wasn’t clear to me when I ordered how long it would take to get a new case. I am in the UK. My understanding was it would be ten business days which I was prepared to accept. I’ve just received an email telling me it is ready for shipping with estimated delivery time being up to FOUR weeks since I placed the order. This was a very expensive case too. I expected loads better.

Just to provide more clarity, orders to the UK are shipped from Taiwan. There is a processing time for all orders, which can vary depending on the items purchased. Once processed, the order is transferred from our Taiwan warehouse to our partner warehouse in the UK. When it arrives in the UK, you will then receive another email with the tracking number. The estimated delivery time shown starts from when the tracking number is issued.
That being said, we will review how delivery estimates are presented to our UK customers to ensure they are clearer and set the right expectations. Our goal is to provide a smoother and more transparent experience.

Great product and longlasting
I have been using their SolidSuit cases & screen protectors for years now. It has been amazing. Dropped my phone for 4-5 metres high a few times, nothing was broken.
