I recently purchased a Rhino shaft with a Uni-Loc and it did not fit my butts with the Uni-Loc, so I called customer service and spoke to Henry who took no time at all in resolving the problem by suggesting a shaft with a Universal Uni-Loc, so we did the exchange at no extra cost and this worked perfectly. I am very happy how well this low deflection shaft works, a 12.2 tip that is perfect, it's a keeper for sure. I have purchased cues and shafts from other companies but I have never seen the care and quality of the packaging that Rhino does and quick shipping . I had promised Henry that I would post my overall experience with Rhino after playing with it so that the product can be improve and is all good, Henry you also where instrumental and made the big difference in helping me, you are knowledgeable and have a prompt response ethic, thank you very much.

I purchased the Rhino Retro Cocobolo Lizard wrap cue. Awesome cue and amazing quality. Delivery was approximately a week to Canada.
Any questions I had were promptly answered within a day given the time difference.

My wife bought me a Komet break cue for Christmas 2024. 10 months later the tip became loose and split the shaft. Thru email they replaced the shaft for a minimal fee(Pretty much shipping and handling. It was a great experience with a fast turn around.

I ordered a carbon shaft with a uniloc joint. Product was shipped out quickly, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Value for money is excellent! I'm very happy with my purchase.

First off brought the orange gl cue loved it , recently got the carbon fiber shift love it but tip flew off after couple hours , send a email and sent me 2 new tips , great customer service with great products so much I got the turquoise luminax with the upgraded updated shaft with a thicker ferrule , I stand by these products ! Bought a Rhino cue ( Retro ) skeptical of what I was getting. It has become my go to cue and use it exclusively now. I am a 590 Fargo rated player and this cue will increase that. Excellent control, balance, looks, and well made.

The cue have a great stroke and feeling, the quality it´s asome about the price.

My cue fell over and cracked the end. Dustin guided me though the process with courtesy and made a bad situation into a plesant experience. I use this shaft everyday and am very pleased.

Broke a ferule on the break. Emailed pictures and was promptly replaced for $30 which I thought was a bargain! Very good customer service!

This is the sixth Rhino pool shaft that I have bought. There carbon fiber shaft are the best. I’ve been playing pool for over 40 years the shafts play the best. Their attention to detail and their customer service is top-notch.

I own several Rhino cues. Komet 2, a shaft for my Lucasi, and my wife's cue. I'm a value oriented person and Rhino cues definitely qualify as excellent value! I'm very impressed with the quality of these cues!

I'm also VERY satisfied with their customer service. A couple weeks after purchasing the Komet 2, I came into our pool room and found the tip had come off and the shaft damaged near the tip. I don't know what caused the damage though I suspect my grandchildren had something to do with it... I contacted Rhino and sent photos. Dustin at Rhino, was very helpful and responsive! They replaced the Cue with no questions asked. Thanks Dustin and thanks Rhino!

Great cue for the money, it definitely plays just as good or better than my more expensive cues.
