Good service and fair prices for Hinderer Knives in europe.
I bought a Vintage 3" XM-18, the delivery and communication was good. They sent me som spare screws for a older Hinderer free of charge.
Will return for more knives in the future.
How any shop in the modern world can be so utterly backwards and out of date is beyond me.
Pre-ordered a special Hinderer, expensive knife, then these guys proceeded to communicate with me in German only, sending me weird invoices in German with tracking numbers and all sorts. OK, fine, so I waited for my knife. My German friend read the invoice and said I must pay when the knife is delivered.
Then they send another email saying my account has been removed - huh? They accuse me of not paying, of not replying to their emails (which they didn't send, I have the full history of emails from them in my gmail account)
When I contact them they accuse me of ignoring them and said they sold my knife to someone else - but I can buy one of the ones nobody wants in another colour. Seriously?
I showed them the tracking number, they said its to track the delivery of knives from the importer.. to them! What the....! Who on earth does that??
So,they said they are too busy to talk about it anymore but hope I will buy from them in the future, lol.......
