Rheal daily hydration sachets are AMAZING!
I have been using Rheal daily hydration sachets since for 7 months now. I am a working mum and find it hard to stay hydrated, for the first time I am actually finishing my water and feeling hydrated for longer. I can really feel the difference, I am having less headaches and fatigue too.
