The worst ever costumer experience, wished to refund my order - firstly they tell me they will deduct for shipping and restocking. Fair I think, considering the horrid responses I received from their team. They never picked up the thing, they cost me money and I hope their business close.

Ordered front and rear strut bars and RHD repackaged the items into a single box, so the items got banged up. I paid full price for shipping so thy should not have repackaged the items...
Plus the price they advertise is not what you get charged...

BAD SERVICE
Hi,
I've made couple of large orders in week on different days and requested for consolidation. The reason for consolidation is to save money on shipping cost. They couldn't do it and blamed it on the system. Poor service and doesn't consider customer shipping cost. Be careful when placing your orders. They don't know how to adjust and very process oriented.

You'll be on your own if you have a problem with your part. I purchased a name-brand body part for my near-new car, but it was a bad fitment and looked like a cheap knockoff. Exchanged a few emails with photos and details, and when they ran out of excuses, it would appear ignoring me was the only option. 1 star is my only option.

They are unable to fulfill orders due to lack of staff but only notified me after I paid for the items. They should have either informed client before confirmation of order or stop collecting new orders and clear the backlog first.
