I purchased a red front and rear bowtie emblem for my wife's Traverse for Christmas. After receiving it she decided she didn't want it. I contacted the company for return instructions and the first response was them trying to get me to keep the item. The second response was them trying to get me to exchange for a different item. The third response was as follows:

We feel very sorry about this inconvenient but according to our refund which was also approved by you before placing your order, the reason of this refund is not included in our refundable circumstances. Refund is only available when the your purchase item is not in original condition, damaged, parts missing due to our fault.

So buyer beware they do not take any returns so make sure you plan to keep the item you order even if you don't want or like it. I would give negative stars if I could. I will never do business with RGB Emblems again.

This company is very nice and trust worthy. The prices are very affordable,and fast delivery. Is indeed a nice company

I was extremely disappointed with my experience on their website. Despite their claims of offering RGB to Pantone conversion data, I found absolutely nothing regarding Pantone colors on the site. This not only left me feeling misled, but it also wasted my valuable time. It's unacceptable for a service to make promises they can't deliver on, and it reflects poorly on their credibility and professionalism. I would strongly caution others against using this site.
