Cancelled part of my order without notice, it didnt arrive and suddenly I got an email saying my order got updated - the missing item was now deleted from my order..

Swift resolution to my complaint
**edited to add**:the issues got resolved straight away after my complaint. I made a new order and got compensated for the mistake on the first order. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously and for a swift resolution.
Original post:
Returned same day as received my order to get a different size. Didnt hear anything for 12 days and when I emailed to ask for an update, I got an answer straight away saying there had been a mistake and they will cancel my order as they dont have the size I ordered anymore. They did two weeks ago when I ordered it off their page.
