We recently purchased an SUV and a city hatch from Reynolds on the same day. Both cars were presented in an immaculate condition and the purchase process was simple and straightforward. There was a slight problem with loose door trim on the SUV which was sorted out the very next day; without question. I would have given a 5* but the lead salesmen kept stressing how he didn't like French cars. Given that we bought a Renault Clio, one wonders about "the customer is always right" proclamation. Otherwise excellent.

Such a professional service, bought a lovely little car that was sold with fresh mot, full service etc regardless of when it was last done. Wayne was a very pleasant guy and I will be using this place for all my motoring needs in the future.

The car was as described with new Dunlop tires, new rear discs and pads, plus air conditioning service done. Very good warranty program, where few weeks after engine fault covered immediately by guarantee with no issues.
One hundred percent recommend Reynolds of Shelby as most professional and reliable garage I experience ever since. Staff very friendly, professional and honest.

I purchased my car without seeing it in person. I had short listed a few cars up and down the country of similar spec but their 2 year warranty that was offered with the car was one of the main reason i purchased my car from Reynolds of Selby.

The car was delivered to me and looked so much better than in the pictures. The alloy wheels were also refurbished before i received it and they look amazing. The car exceeded my expectations!! I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased a car from Reynolds and couldn’t be happier with the car itself and the service received from them. Wayne the sales guy was extremely knowledgable and happy to discuss out requirements and give advice not only on the cars they had in but other options too. There was no pushy sales like you can get in some garages and no rushing either. We had arrived at about 3.15 on a Sunday and by the time we decided we would like to test drive one if the vehicles it was getting towards closing time but this wasn’t an issue at all. Communication as to when the car would be ready was good and the process was very smooth through to collecting the car. On collecting the car Wayne even gave me advice on how I charge ownership of my old car over to my daughter as I was clueless so he went above and beyond. Showed me everything in the new car when I collected it and advised if I have any issues just to pop in or give them a call as they are happy to help and open 7 days a week, even if it’s just for something like I can’t work out how to use something in the car! Highly recommend and very pleased with the service received from this garage. Would happily buy from them again. Thank you so much for making the purchase seamless

Very good customer service and sales. Car had MOT and service days before I had arranged to view (as live over 2 hours away). Car was in good condition and new brakes and other items had been fitted as promised. Nice weekend in York too. Would buy from them again. You won't be disappointed.

I am very pleased with my recent new car purchase from Reynolds of Selby. Their Sales Executive, Wayne, was very helpful and did not pressure me with the sale whatsoever. I feel that I got a reasonable price for my trade-in vehicle, which I was happy about. Reynolds really stands out with the full service and MOT they provide with their cars. I have never experienced a garage that does so much for its customers and I have no doubts that the car is mechanically sound. The car was handed over in immaculate condition, like new and drives perfectly. I would highly recommend Reynolds of Selby and I will be back for my service and MOT next year!

Having spent several weeks looking for a decent Skoda Yeti I noticed a low mileage 2013 model with full service history on their website.I put a deposit on it and having spoken to sales I said I would purchase the car.I checked the mot history and it had never failed or had an advisory,paid for a CarVertical report and it came back perfect.The car was delivered yesterday by Mike and it is immaculate.Drove it today and I love it, gearbox is much smoother than my old 2004 Octavia and is a pleasure to drive.Great service from an honest garage.

First class service as usual. Very professional team and very competitive prices. We’ve been using this garage so long I’ve forgot just how long. Needed the car back early and this wasn’t an issue. Work done very quickly but they still had time to wash the car. Why use the main dealers when selby has this fantastic team looking after your vehicle? Well done Reynolds standards being maintained at a very high standard.

I've just bought a car from Reynolds, as a returning (and happy) customer. The salesperson was great, he took a lot of time to show me the car, go through all the details etc., and organise a test drive at a time that suited me. When I picked the car up it was immaculate, full MOT and a great warranty on it too. A few days later I found a very small problem with the bonnet release catch, and they promptly made an appointment for me and fitted a new one, no hassles. I can thoroughly recommend them for the quality of their cars and customer service. Top marks!

Fantastic, flexible customer service. Car was valeted after MOT and service and got a nice coffee aswell. Great advice given about the types of service they offer which meant I saved £75 aswell. I’ve used Reynolds for several years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I traveled 200 miles to pick this car up, it was just as described in the walk round Video, absolutely immaculate also had new cam belts fitted, serviced, new mot.air con regassed. New brake fluid. I was looking for a used car. My next door neighbours have been buying all their cars from Reynolds for over 20 years and couldn't recommend them enough.

Sure enough, they did not disappoint! The had the perfect car in stock for me. The whole experience was enjoyable, stress free and Wayne who helped me was so friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest.
