Total scam company, I purchased what was advertised as a beautiful, checked, shirt dress for over £40 with postage. I ordered it on the 11th October, it didn’t come until the 28th and when it finally arrived and it is NOTHING like the one advertised, very cheap polyester and has a hole down the back seam where it’s not been stitched properly. I sent several emails with pictures but had nothing back at all!!

This company is not worth even one star. Ordered tartan dress, extremely disappointed paid around £46 … material extremely poor expected more. Sent email to Olivia who writes a lovely email who said would credit my account to which I ordered a different dress … guess what it never arrived! They have had me hanging around and therefore I would think it’s too late to complain to PayPal but I’m going to give it a go.

They should not be allowed to trade, Be careful everyone as they probably work under several different names!!

Complete scam! Do not buy. Items not made of cotton but plastic and you can't return them!

SCAM!!!! Please don’t buy anything from this company and report it! I wish I read the reviews before. The same as others here Dress is awful and nothing like in advertising. I’m so disappointed with myself that didn’t check what people are saying about before. Now reading all this I can see there is no point to send it back.

Avoid at all costs. Cheap nasty ugly product NOTHING like photograph. Cotton mix dress was like a plastic tablecloth. No returns. No replies. No contact at all.

I came to check the reviews and stopped ordering mid process! However once I clicked away, the exact same dress appeared on an IG site called Madison Manchester - looks like they’ve either moved the scam or skimmed the images.

If I could award zero stars I would - you will never receive the item you have ordered. It will be nothing like the picture, or the material, or the quality. In fact you will have to guess what the material is (not that difficult tbh) as there will be no care label in the item.
so even though you are sent an item totally different to what was advertised, you are still responsible to send the item back to china before getting a FULL refund. We all know that it will never get there so went for the 30% refund and kept the item.
At least this means that I have something to send to the office for product safety and standards (OPSS) along with the original advert/description. I have also started a chargeback claim with my credit card. Good luck people - stupidly I didnt look at the reviews first - if you see this, then buy elsewhere.

A Scam Company - And This is What I’m Doing About It.

My experience with Rextige is similar to many others who have posted poor reviews on Trust Pilot. I ordered a dress, it took ages to arrive, and when it did it arrived in a parcel without any labelling, return address, paperwork or return instructions.

The garment is dreadful. It feels like raincoat material, is ill-fitting and looks nothing like the dress advertised on the Facebook website.

Rextige’s website states that their returns process is “easy, hassle-free returns within 14 days … enjoy smooth and speedy returns within 14 days for a completely friction-free experience”. I contacted Rextige to convey my thoughts about the dress and commence the returns process. It is now a familiar story to many of you that you must pay GBP25 to return your goods to China, irrespective of whether or not these garments are defective. This is curious because on their website, they state that “Founded in 2010 by Thomas and Sophia Brown …..working side by side in their workshop nestled among London’s creative quarters, they blended time-honoured artisanal techniques ….”. Why the need to return to China then if these “artisanal” garments are manufactured in London?

The result of several emails back and forth with Olivia at Rextige arguing my case about the exorbitant cost of this return, as well as the lack of transparency on their website about it is that she no longer responds to my emails and I am left with this terrible dress.

Rextige also appears to trade under the name of Evercore, Rosie & Lily and Ivy & Sophie.

Rextige, Evercore, Rosie & Lily, and Ivy & Sophie appear to have been operating for some time and therefore scamming people like me. I’m fairly annnoyed about this and I would like to see this stop. As well, I want to be refunded for the defective product with which I’ve been saddled.

I am in the process of discussions with Which Legal as well as my bank. Further, I am investigating which other companies may be linked to Rextige “Founders” Thomas Brown and his daughter Sophie Brown, Head of Customer Service Olivia Bardot, and Publishing Director Usain Brahami.

I am reporting Rextige, Evercore, Rosie & Lily, Ivy & Sophie and whatever other companies I find linked to the above people to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and the Financial Conduct Authority. Through the Gov.UK website, I am also reporting whichever of these are limited companies for their fraudulent behaviour in that they sold me a faulty product, that they owe me money and are causing harm to me as a customer.

It is disappointing to see that fake reviews in support of Rextige are appearing on Trust Pilot. It is something I will be taking up with Trust Pilot as I go about redressing this issue.

This is not an exhaustive list but it is where I intend to start. All I wanted was my GBP44 back but I now believe that they should not be trading at all. If you believe the same, please support my actions.

No star if I could. The company is a fraudster. They defraud people by sending the item, from China, that looked nothing like what they advertised on the website. Nothing matches what they described, forcing me to return for a refund (I have to pay for the return postage) to an address in Italy, which is a café, (why?) and then refused to accept the returned parcel by not giving their details to the courier, resulting it to be sent back to me so that I cannot get my money back, because they will claim that the returned items have not returned to them Avoid at all cost!!

I ordered a dress, obviously the same garment as others have reviewed. It arrived after 2 weeks. Absolutely horrible! Cheap fabric, it didn’t fit and NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. I said I wanted a pre paid post label. They told me I had to send it back at my own expense. I explained it was nothing like the dress I had ordered. They gave an address for return to Italy but no postage label. I said I wanted a FULL refund. Correspondence was with Olivia. I had checked their website and they are supposed to be British manufacturers. I took the matter up with PayPal and after 10 days the claim was deemed in my favour and I got a full refund. This is the second time I have been caught out by supposed British companies with lovely photos of ‘their’ ,garments. Definitely won’t buy again through Facebook. These companies should be checked and verified by Facebook, in my opinion.

I ordered a dress in early October 2025.. . money taken before the order was dispatched. Heard nothing now apparently lost / misplaced in transit.
I have emailed numerous times with no response to my request for a full refund! Still waiting for a reply to my email!!!

Absolute rubbish. I thought I had ordered a flannel, plaid shirt dress ideal for autumn/winter however the item which eventually arrived was a poor, poor quality polyester thing, needless to say it was of no comparison as to what was advertised

Cheap nasty products . No labels on items. No info about material or wash instructions.
Not as shown on photos on website.
No response to return requests.

Ordered a tartan type mai fitted dress … took weeks to come and when it arrived in a tiny package I had a bad feeling, surprise surprise, absolutely awful, nothing like the add and material nothing like it was supposed to look and the fit… just looked like a long shirt.. I asked for refund etc but nothing, have now disputed with my credit card.. disgusting dissatisfaction.. complete rip off as I’d paid £46.00 , then saw it advertised on Alibaba for £17.50!!! 🤬

Awful item. Non existent customer service - no response to multiple emails

Absolutely awful! Received wrong size jeans, was told if I returned them I would have to send to China & it would cost me £25! ..... contacted 'Olivia' via email who argued that I was sent the right size! I messaged every day for over 3 weeks being ignored ..... eventually after much arguing I was sent another pair of jeans in exactly the same size! Have now been ignored for a further week! Never known a company so dishonest, stroppy & rude!

I began to have my doubts when my order hadn’t arrived after a week or so; it in fact took over 4 weeks to arrive. I am embarrassed that I was duped because I had read reviews of which were positive. I do not recommend this company. Please do not be hoodwinked as I was.
